Join us for Healthy Cooking at the Cat Cafe on January 17, 6:30-8:30pm. $ 45 per person (Includes 30 min Cat Visit for before or after the event, Wine and ALL Menu items to Taste). Jill Kavanagh will be teaching us how to create easy holiday apps. Jill has over 27 years in the business, this restaurant and hospitality expert encompasses the true art of the total package, her true passion is in the kitchen. With several awards under her belt….or should we say apron? She strives to share her love of all things food with over 14 years of teaching with different drummers kitchen, now capital cooks! While maintaining her work in restaurant technology and her private business. The Menu includes, Festive homemade cheese balls, Chick Pea Salad and Pita, Cauliflower Buffalo Dip w/ celery and carrots to dip, Dreamy Goat Cheese Whip w/ Crostini (olives and citrus to top), Croissant Wrapped Asparagus w/ a horseradish sauce, Antipasto Skewers (charcuterie on a skewer!).
