How much does it cost to go see the cats?

Entries into the cafe is free of charge! All entries to the cat lounge are $15/per person for half an hour, $20/per person for an hour. Children 2 years and younger enter for free, all children 13 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please note that all guests are REQUIRED to sign a waiver before entering. You will only be required to sign the waiver once. 

 

Where do these entry fees go?

All lounge entry fees go towards taking care of Lounge Cats, continued rescue efforts and paying for needed vet and medical expenses, along with spay and neuter.

Are there cats walking around where you make the food?

All food items are prepared and pre-packaged off site. The cat lounge -where the cats reside - is separate from the café area.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:

We understand things can happen and you may not be able to make it to your appointment! Changes to your appointment made within 24 hours of appointment time are not subject to a refund. If you are booking for an appointment that is already within 24 hours, you have 2 hours to make changes to your appointment to receive a refund. Anything prior to 24 hours of appointment time may be cancelled, or rescheduled depending on availability.

Can I go home with a cat the same day as my visit?

Unfortunately, all adoptions are processed by our partner Kitten Angels - a local non-for-profit cat rescue organization. All adoption applications are completed off premise with Kitten Angels (The application require references and veterinarian check).
